Policies for Fallen Branches
• Fallen Branches will accept custom orders
with a 50% deposit due prior to the creations beginning. If for
any reason the customer changes their mind on the custom order
then they will forfeit the deposit.
• Fallen Branches will not be responsible
for any shipping damage. Insurance will be offered to the customer
for their protection.
• Fallen Branches will not issue refunds on
products.
• Exchanges will only be allowed for the same
item and only if the product has been proven defective from the
construction process.
• If an exchange is necessary then it must
be done within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Fallen Branches uses recycled wood for all
it products. Wood has a natural instinct to breath. When the environment
is dry, wood may crack., when the environment is humid wood may
swell. These minor adjustments may occur to your piece in the
form of small cracks or slight shifting. This is not considered
a defect in the wood.
